Tisaz Drapery Studio  is a bespoke curtain and soft furnishings studio operating from Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

We specialise in made-to-measure curtains, blinds, tracks, poles, andrelated soft furnishings, supplied and/or installed by us.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to:
• All enquiries, quotations, orders, and purchases made with Tisaz Drapery Studio
• Orders placed in-store, online, by email, telephone, or home consultation
• All bespoke, made-to-measure and custom products

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are based on measurements, fabric selection, specification, and current supplier costs.
  • Any changes requested after a quotation has been issued may result in a revised price
  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

Bespoke & Made to Measure Products

  • Most products supplied by Tisaz Drapery Studio are custom-made to your individual requirements
  • This includes (but is not limited to): Curtains | Blinds | Tracks and poles cut to size | Linings, interlinings, and specialist finishes

Measurements & Responsibility

  • Where measurements are taken by Tisaz Drapery Studio, we take full responsibility for accuracy.
  • If measurements are provided by the customer, responsibility for correctness rests with the customer.
  • We strongly recommend a professional measuring service for bespoke orders.

Orders & Deposits

  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order and commence production.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Orders will not be released, delivered, or installed until full payment is received.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via:
  • Bank transfer
  • Debit / credit card
  • Approved Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers (where offered)
Payment terms for BNPL providers are governed by the provider’s own terms.

Lead Times & Delivery

  • Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order
  • Lead times are approximate and may vary due to supplier or manufacturing delays beyond our control.
  • We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Installation

  • Installation dates are agreed in advance and are subject to site readiness.
  • Customers must ensure clear access to windows and working areas on the day of installation.
  • Any additional work caused by restricted access or unforeseen site conditions may incur extra charges.
